If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return an item, we’re here to help make that process as quick and easy as possible. Before finalizing your purchase, please be aware of our shipping limitations, returns, and warranty policy found below.
45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from any of Cubo Ai’s online stores for any reason, you have 45 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

For orders placed from Amazon, please contact your Amazon Regional Customer Support or the Amazon site from which you purchased the Cubo Ai Baby Monitor.
To qualify for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 45 days of your delivery date by contacting email@example.com or via the in-app chat.
- The returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging—cardboard box and paper sleeve (see details under the “returns” section below).

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of their product(s) and assume all risk of loss or damages when shipping your return to Cubo. Tracking info of the product(s) must be received at our Return Center within 10 business days of obtaining your RMA number.
- Yun Yun will not be responsible for any lost packages to the return center.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging including both the cardboard box and paper sleeve. In cases where a customer no longer has the original packing materials, a restocking fee of US$20 will be applied and deducted from the refund.
- If you return the Product to Yun Yun return center (a) without obtaining a RMA number from Yun Yun or unable to provide a return label tracking number or proof of return (if you processed the return yourself) resulting the return to be untrackable (b) without all of the product and accessories included in the original package, Yun Yun retains the right to either refuse delivery of such a return or charge you a restocking fee of 10% of the original price of the product.
Order Cancellations or changes
- If you would like to cancel or change your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
- Please bear in mind that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If your order has been shipped and you would like to cancel the order, this will be processed as a return, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee back to our return center. Once we receive the product, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. If you cancel an item that qualified for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion if you order again in the future.
- Paid shipping and handling charges and taxes (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
- Your purchase price will be refunded through the original payment method
- Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, so if you refuse the shipment because of unexpected import fees, the value of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Please contact Customer Support at email@example.com to obtain up-to-date return and refund information and the location of your nearest return center.
- The product(s) ordered by you, the Customer, will be delivered to the address provided at the time of your order. YUN YUN will not ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes), freight forwarders, warehouses, distribution centers, airports, or hotels.
The maximum delivery time will not exceed 30 days.
- Only contiguous addresses in the United States of America, Canada, the UK, Australia, and Taiwan are eligible for free shipping. Customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, offshore territories or possessions of the United States of America, or international countries supported for fulfillment and delivery should be aware of extra shipping charges. For international orders, charges will be calculated according to international shipping and import fees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers that may also delay delivery times. Any of the following circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Canceling items, combining orders or changing your shipping address
- Carrier’s failure to deliver (e.g., blockage, civil commotions, riots, mobilization, strikes, lockouts, natural disasters outside human control - severe weather, plague or other epidemics, tornado, storm, hurricane - or any other cause beyond the seller's or carrier's control.)
- Customs clearance procedures.
- Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, VAT, import taxes, special delivery fees administered by your government, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order, and we are unable to estimate those prices for you and do not pay those on your behalf. Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, so if you refuse the shipment because of unexpected import fees, the value of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
